1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to GoSmooth ("GoSmooth," "we," "us," or "our"), an AI-powered e-commerce automation platform operated by NexusBridge Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as GoSmooth (EIN: 38-4370494).
By accessing or using the GoSmooth platform at https://gosmooth.ai, including our dashboard, APIs, catalog pages (catalog.gosmooth.ai), AI agents, workflow automations, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("Merchant," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NexusBridge Labs LLC, governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, as set forth in Section 14.
2. Definitions
- "Account" means your registered GoSmooth account, including all associated configurations, data, and connected services.
- "AI Agent" means GoSmooth's automated conversational AI system that interacts with End Customers on your behalf through Connected Channels.
- "AI-Generated Content" means any text, product descriptions, replies, recommendations, or other content produced by the AI Agent or other GoSmooth AI features.
- "Commission" means the percentage-based fee charged by GoSmooth on qualifying transactions processed through the Platform, as set forth in Section 7.
- "Connected Channels" means the third-party messaging and social media platforms you connect to your Account, including but not limited to WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, and Instagram/Facebook Comments.
- "End Customer" means any individual who interacts with your business through a Connected Channel or any GoSmooth-powered interface, including the product catalog.
- "Merchant Data" means all data you upload, input, or generate through the Platform, including business information, product catalogs, AI configurations, and settings.
- "End Customer Data" means personal information of End Customers collected or processed through the Platform, including names, contact information, order details, message content, and social media profile data.
- "Platform Data" means any data obtained through or derived from the Platform, including data received from Meta Platform APIs.
- "Subscription Plan" means the pricing tier you select (Free, Starter, Growth, or Scale), each with defined feature limits and pricing.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
To use GoSmooth, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Be a legally registered business or sole proprietor;
- Have the legal authority to bind the business entity you represent;
- Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform;
- Not be located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and not be listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
3.2 Account Creation
You create an Account by authenticating through Google OAuth. During onboarding, you will be asked to provide:
- Business name and description;
- Owner name and contact information;
- Business city and preferred language;
- Platform preferences (channels you wish to connect);
- Product catalog (via CSV upload or manual entry).
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your Account information if it changes.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials;
- All activities that occur under your Account;
- Immediately notifying GoSmooth at support@gosmooth.ai of any unauthorized access or security breach.
GoSmooth will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your Account.
3.4 One Account Per Business
Each business entity may maintain one primary Account. Multiple Accounts for the same business are not permitted without prior written consent from GoSmooth.
4. Platform Description and Services
4.1 Core Services
GoSmooth provides an AI-powered e-commerce automation platform that enables Merchants to:
- AI Sales Agent: Automated conversational AI that handles customer inquiries, product recommendations, cart management, checkout, and order creation across WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DMs;
- Comment Monitoring: AI-powered classification and automated responses to comments on Instagram and Facebook posts, with lead/prospect identification;
- Product Catalog Management: Upload, manage, and display products through a webview catalog (catalog.gosmooth.ai) with session-based browsing;
- Lead Management: Automatic capture, tracking, and scoring of leads from all Connected Channels;
- Order Management: Order creation, tracking, and status management including Cash on Delivery (COD) support;
- Conversation Dashboard: Unified view of all customer conversations across channels with real-time updates;
- Analytics Dashboard: Business metrics including revenue, conversion rates, lead analytics, and channel performance.
4.2 AI-Powered Features
GoSmooth uses artificial intelligence, including third-party large language models, to provide automated responses and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) AI Disclosure: End Customers interacting with your business through GoSmooth's AI Agent are communicating with an automated system. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding AI disclosure in your jurisdiction, including any state or local laws requiring bot disclosure.
(b) No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-Generated Content is produced by machine learning models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate responses. GoSmooth does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-Generated Content.
(c) Human Oversight: The Platform includes a human takeover feature that allows you to intervene in any AI conversation at any time. You are responsible for monitoring AI interactions and correcting errors.
(d) AI Configuration: You may customize the AI Agent's tone, language, restricted claims, and business context through the AI Settings. You are responsible for the appropriateness and accuracy of these configurations.
(e) AI Training: GoSmooth may use anonymized and aggregated interaction data to improve its AI models and Platform features. Individual conversation data tied to you or your End Customers will not be shared with third parties for AI training purposes without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4.3 Third-Party Integrations
The Platform integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) for messaging and social media automation;
- Google for authentication;
- AI service providers for natural language processing and automated responses;
- Payment processors for subscription billing.
Your use of Connected Channels is subject to the respective third-party terms of service, including Meta's Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, and Instagram Platform Policy. You are responsible for complying with all applicable third-party terms. GoSmooth is not responsible for changes to, outages of, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
4.4 Service Availability
GoSmooth aims to maintain high Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. Unscheduled maintenance may occur in case of urgent security or stability issues.
5. Merchant Obligations
5.1 Lawful Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:
- All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as the laws of any jurisdiction in which you operate or sell;
- Meta Platform Terms and any other applicable third-party terms;
- The CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and any other applicable messaging and communication laws;
- These Terms and any applicable GoSmooth policies.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Platform to:
- Sell or promote illegal products or services;
- Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, or other applicable laws;
- Engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading practices in violation of Section 5 of the FTC Act or any state consumer protection statutes;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Collect, store, or process End Customer data in violation of applicable privacy and data protection laws;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or security;
- Use the Platform to develop competing products or services;
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Platform without authorization;
- Configure the AI Agent to make false health claims, financial promises, or other misleading statements;
- Use the Platform for any activity that violates Meta's Advertising Policies or Community Standards;
- Attempt to circumvent any rate limits, usage restrictions, or security measures;
- Use the Platform in connection with any OFAC-sanctioned country or entity.
5.3 Consumer Protection Compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with all consumer protection laws applicable to your business and the jurisdictions in which you sell, including but not limited to:
- Providing accurate and complete product information (descriptions, prices, origin);
- Honoring any applicable return, refund, or cancellation rights;
- Providing clear pre-purchase disclosures as required by the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435) or equivalent local laws;
- Sending order confirmations to End Customers;
- Refraining from unfair or deceptive trade practices.
GoSmooth facilitates your compliance by automating order confirmations and providing structured cart/checkout flows, but ultimate compliance responsibility rests with you.
5.4 Product Catalog Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your product catalog, including product names, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels. GoSmooth is not liable for orders placed based on inaccurate product information you have provided.
5.5 Content Responsibility
You are responsible for all content associated with your Account, including AI configurations, business descriptions, product data, and any custom messaging. You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights and does not violate any applicable laws.
6. End Customer Interactions
6.1 Platform Role
GoSmooth acts as a technology platform that facilitates communication between you and your End Customers. GoSmooth is not a party to any transaction between you and your End Customers. You are the seller; GoSmooth is the technology provider.
6.2 Merchant as Seller
All transactions facilitated through the Platform are between you (the Merchant) and your End Customer. You are solely responsible for:
- The quality and legality of products and services you sell;
- Fulfillment, shipping, and delivery of orders;
- Returns, refunds, and customer service disputes;
- Collection and remittance of all applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, etc.);
- Compliance with all applicable consumer protection laws in the jurisdictions where you sell.
6.3 Payment Handling
GoSmooth supports various payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD). GoSmooth does not process, hold, or transmit any payment funds between you and your End Customers. Payment collection and processing is entirely your responsibility. GoSmooth is not a money transmitter, payment processor, or financial institution.
6.4 End Customer Data
You acknowledge that End Customer Data collected through the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. You agree to:
- Process End Customer Data only for legitimate business purposes related to the transaction;
- Not sell, share, or transfer End Customer Data to third-party data brokers or advertisers;
- Comply with End Customer requests regarding their personal information as required by applicable law;
- Maintain your own privacy policy that accurately describes your data practices and complies with applicable laws.
7. Pricing, Billing, and Commissions
7.1 Subscription Plans
GoSmooth offers the following Subscription Plans:

7.2 Commission Model (Alternative Pricing)
As an alternative to fixed monthly subscriptions, GoSmooth may offer a commission-based pricing model:
- A percentage-based commission on the total value of qualifying orders processed through the Platform;
- The applicable commission rate will be clearly disclosed before you opt in;
- Commissions are calculated based on the order total amount at the time of order confirmation;
- Commissions on cancelled orders or returned products will be credited back to your Account;
- Commission rates may be changed with a minimum of 30 days' prior written notice.
7.3 Billing
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance;
- Commissions (if applicable) are calculated and billed monthly in arrears;
- Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor;
- Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date;
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility;
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your Account.
7.4 Price Changes
GoSmooth may modify Subscription Plan pricing or commission rates with at least 30 days' prior notice via email. You may reject any price increase by cancelling your Subscription Plan before the new pricing takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7.5 Overages
If you exceed your plan's conversation or product limits, you will be notified and may be required to upgrade to a higher plan. GoSmooth will not interrupt active customer conversations due to plan limits, but new conversations may be paused until you upgrade or the next billing cycle begins.
7.6 Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
7.7 Free Trial
If GoSmooth offers a free trial, the trial period and terms will be disclosed at the time of sign-up. At the end of the trial, you will be charged the applicable Subscription Plan fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 GoSmooth Intellectual Property
GoSmooth and NexusBridge Labs LLC retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all software, algorithms, AI models, workflows, user interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks, and other intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Platform.
8.2 License to Use
Subject to these Terms, GoSmooth grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your internal business purposes during the term of your Subscription Plan.
8.3 Merchant Content
You retain ownership of your Merchant Data, including your product catalog, business descriptions, and AI configurations. By uploading content to the Platform, you grant GoSmooth a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform services.
8.4 AI-Generated Content
AI-Generated Content (such as product descriptions, customer replies, and comment responses) is generated by GoSmooth's AI systems using your inputs and configurations. You are granted a license to use AI-Generated Content in connection with your business. However:
- GoSmooth does not claim ownership of AI-Generated Content;
- GoSmooth does not guarantee that AI-Generated Content is original or non-infringing;
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-Generated Content before it is sent to End Customers (where feasible) and for any consequences of its use.
8.5 DMCA Policy
GoSmooth respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to:

8.6 Feedback
Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide about the Platform may be used by GoSmooth without restriction or compensation to you.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
9.1 Privacy Policy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
9.2 Data Processing Roles
- GoSmooth as Service Provider: With respect to End Customer Data, GoSmooth acts as a "service provider" (as defined under the CCPA) or "data processor" (as defined under the GDPR), processing data on your behalf and at your direction. You, as the Merchant, determine the purposes and means of processing End Customer Data.
- GoSmooth as Business: With respect to Merchant Account data (your business information, login credentials, and platform usage), GoSmooth is the "business" or "data controller."
9.3 Data Processing Agreement
For Merchants who require a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or Data Processing Addendum, GoSmooth provides one upon request. Contact support@gosmooth.ai.
9.4 Meta Platform Data
Data received through Meta Platform APIs (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and data use restrictions. You agree that:
- Platform Data will only be used for the purposes approved by Meta;
- You will not sell, license, or transfer Platform Data to data brokers or advertisers;
- You will delete Platform Data upon End Customer request;
- You will comply with Meta's annual Data Use Checkup requirements.
9.5 Data Retention and Export
GoSmooth retains End Customer Data for the duration of your Account plus a reasonable wind-down period (90 days). Upon Account termination, you may request export of your data in a standard format. Data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
9.6 International Data Transfers
GoSmooth's users may be located globally. Where End Customer Data originates from jurisdictions with data transfer restrictions (e.g., the European Economic Area), GoSmooth will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or reliance on adequacy decisions.
10. Confidentiality
10.1 Confidential Information
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party, including business strategies, technical data, customer lists, and pricing terms.
10.2 Exceptions
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:
- Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party;
- Was already known to the receiving party prior to disclosure;
- Is independently developed without reference to the confidential information;
- Is disclosed pursuant to a legal obligation (including a lawful subpoena, court order, or government request), provided the disclosing party is notified where legally permitted.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
GOSMOOTH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. GOSMOOTH DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR AUTOMATED RESPONSES.
YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
(a) IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXUSBRIDGE LABS LLC (D/B/A GOSMOOTH), ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF GOSMOOTH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES;
(b) GOSMOOTH'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO GOSMOOTH IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (II) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100);
(c) WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, GOSMOOTH IS NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Actions, errors, or omissions of the AI Agent, including inaccurate responses, inappropriate recommendations, or failed transactions;
- Downtime, outages, or changes to third-party platforms (Meta, WhatsApp, etc.);
- Loss of sales, customers, or business opportunities;
- End Customer disputes, refund claims, or chargebacks;
- Delivery failures or product quality issues;
- Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain security;
- Any damages resulting from reliance on AI-Generated Content.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.
13. Indemnification
13.1 Your Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NexusBridge Labs LLC (d/b/a GoSmooth), its affiliates, officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use of the Platform;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- Your products, services, or business practices;
- Any dispute between you and an End Customer;
- Your AI configurations that result in misleading, harmful, or illegal content;
- Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights;
- Your failure to comply with applicable tax obligations.
13.2 GoSmooth Indemnification
GoSmooth will indemnify and defend you against third-party claims alleging that the Platform itself (excluding your content and configurations) infringes a third-party U.S. intellectual property right, provided you: (i) promptly notify GoSmooth in writing; (ii) grant GoSmooth sole control of the defense and settlement; and (iii) cooperate with GoSmooth at GoSmooth's expense.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
14.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the other party and negotiating in good faith for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
14.3 Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language, and the seat of arbitration shall be Sheridan, Wyoming, United States. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14.4 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND GOSMOOTH AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both parties agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.
14.5 Small Claims Exception
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdictional limits.
14.6 Equitable Relief
Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidential information.
15. Term and Termination
15.1 Term
These Terms are effective from the date you create an Account and continue until terminated by either party.
15.2 Termination by You
You may terminate your Account at any time through the Platform settings or by contacting support@gosmooth.ai. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Platform will cease at the end of the current billing period;
- Active AI conversations will be wound down gracefully;
- You may request an export of your Merchant Data within 30 days of termination.
15.3 Termination by GoSmooth
GoSmooth may suspend or terminate your Account immediately if:
- You breach any material provision of these Terms;
- You violate Meta Platform Terms or other third-party terms, jeopardizing GoSmooth's platform access;
- You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
- You fail to pay fees when due for more than 30 days;
- Required by law, regulation, or court order.
GoSmooth may also terminate your Account for convenience with 30 days' prior written notice.
15.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- All licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately terminate;
- You must cease all use of the Platform;
- GoSmooth will retain your data for 90 days to allow for data export, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
- Accrued payment obligations survive termination;
- Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Confidentiality), 11 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), 14 (Dispute Resolution), and 16 (General Provisions) survive termination.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Modifications
GoSmooth may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and notifying you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and terminate your Account before the effective date.
16.2 Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, or third-party platform outages (including Meta platform outages).
16.3 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your Account without GoSmooth's prior written consent. GoSmooth may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, with notice to you.
16.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
16.5 Waiver
No failure or delay by either party in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver of any right on one occasion shall not be deemed a waiver of that right on any subsequent occasion.
16.6 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Subscription Plan details or Order Forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and NexusBridge Labs LLC regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
16.7 Language
These Terms are drafted in English, which shall be the controlling language for all purposes. Any translations are provided for convenience only.
16.8 Electronic Communications
By using the Platform, you consent to receiving electronic communications from GoSmooth (e.g., emails, in-app notifications). You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

16.10 U.S. Government Rights
If you are a U.S. government entity or using the Platform on behalf of one, the Platform is provided as "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation" as defined in 48 C.F.R. 2.101, consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4.
